Business and Commercial Law Committee was formed to ensure timely and efficient compliance on all types of company and corporate laws. We focus on various aspects of corporate law in the country from guidance to the clients in incorporation, merger, acquisition, liquidation of the company to protecting the rights of our clients in the toughest real estate transactions. We also assist clients in a variety of local and cross-border M& A transactions. The committee also focuses on Foreign Direct Investment, from structuring tax-efficient investment to advices of various kinds that are necessary and concerned with Foreign Investment. CROL has trained compliance officers, in-house legal departments, corporate litigation department for effective and efficient implementation of corporate compliance and litigation.  Business and Commercial Law Committee, CROL also works in collaboration with government in various legal matters that has enhanced and broadened our scope of corporate work.
